NYC Help - Easiest Way from LGA to Grand Central

I am flying into LaGuardia on Saturday and need to get to Grand Central to take the train. I know JFK has the Air Train into the city but do I have to take a cab or that dreaded smelly bus from LGA or is there a close train station??

You can take the M60 bus to 125 street subway station, then take the 4 / 5 / 6 subway down to Grand Central. You can also take the Express Bus that dropped you right off across from GC. It's going to rain Sat, so I'd say pay a little more and take the bus.
