NY Tax Returns Being Processed Yet

After having to wait an extra 2 weeks to submit my state tax return due to a lack of "completed forms" on the states part. It's now been 3 weeks-- I efiled and the state website still shows it's been accepted and thats it. Check back in a week. How long does NY usually take w/ the tax returns??
