Received my 6 pocket fanny pack from Nutztogo today. One of the zippers is "stripped" and will not work! Also, the coupon book they sent has coupons that expired in July and August and most of the rest of them expire in 24 days (9-30-02)! We are arriving 10-5-02 and won't get to use them. How disappointing. I mainly placed an order so that I could get the discount coupons. Anybody else having similar trouble?

May I suggest you contact them directly, we can't help you, but from what I've heard they are very prompt in responding to any problems that one might have..Have a good trip.

I did contact them and they responded very quickly and offered to send me a replacement fanny pack. Very kind! They also offered to send me the new coupon book which doesn't come out until the end of this month! I just hope I get it before we leave for WDW on 10/5/02. I especially wanted to use the $10 coupon for Planet Hollywood! We've never eaten at one!

I am quite cetain that you will get a NEW fanny pack....and know you most likely will get a postage return envelope as well.. My coupon book has some coupons that have expired and Many that dont expire at all....and if you ask ...I am sure they will be more than willing to send you NEW coupons......I personally have saved 42.00 off of a 'FREE BONUS" WITH PURCHASE...A PURCHASE THAT COST ME 10.00 I have found their CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE OUTSTANDING!!! and don' forget to let us all know how it turns out.....we will be waiting!!!

Thanks for the free bonus code! I placed my order, got free shipping as well, and received a confirming e-mail from them almost immediately! I read the tip here about the coupons expiring so I e-mailed them and asked for the most current coupons since we'll be going in Dec. They replied (again, very quickly) saying they have new coupon books all the time, just send a reminder e-mail to them before we go and they'll send a new coupon book! I couldn't believe it! How's that for customer service!

The lime green ribbon-fellow Dis members wear some kind of a lime green ribbon; on fanny packs, backpacks, whatever you want, to be identified as a fellow Dis! I'll be wearing one this trip. A lot of people post they chicken out and don't say anything to someone they spot, but I will! Maybe we'll bump into you!

I just received my order from NutztoGo. I did receive the coupons -- is that what my bonus package is? I had heard that other people had received lanyards, luggage tags, etc. as freebies. Does everyone get the coupons, or is that what the bonus is?

I was pleased with my order. It took a while to get it, but when I emailed Customer Service, they responded very quickly and it arrived the day after I emailed them.

I, too, got a coupon book and a little, bitty "tag" thing that says disnutz on it. Not too impressed if this is what they consider a "Bonus". On the other hand, I really like the items I ordered, felt the price was very good, and the service was great. So, I won't complain.
