I'm on hold with Disney - and my call answer time is less than 5 minutes... but it keeps repeating "we estimate your call will be answered in less than 5 minutes" over and over, no music or anything. It is super annoying, but I don't want to hang up because I'm guessing I will go way down the queue. Anyone else???
