Nutrition Info

I'm doing Weight Watchers and I'm looking for somewhere where the nutritional info for both QS and TS restaurants is listed. I want to stay somewhat accountable during our trip. Does anyone know where I can find this information?

Disney doesn't publish nutritional info. They did publish it for Be Our Guest for a time (it might still be out there), but that was it.

Your best bet is to take each ingredient and add up your points. I would also add at least a tsp of some sort of oil/butter to all grilled/baked meats.

I would try My Fitness Pal. It's database is huge and even if a restaurant doesn't advertise them you can often find them in the app.

Good luck to you. Counting calories at Disney can be hard and they don't publish the information. Chances are, we don't wanna know! I once asked a CM what the calorie/sugar content of a LeFou's brew was. She didn't know, but indicated that it was probably a lot. I agree that if you use an app, you may be able to sub in something similar, but maybe round up a little higher for that extra "Pixie Dust" Disney tosses in.

Try to find the points/ nutrition information for similar items at another restaurant. For instance, compare a burger at a Disney restaurant to a similar burger at a restaurant chain that has nutrition information available (or lists it in the WW tracker app). It won't be exact but you'll have a ballpark figure. If you really can't find a similar meal, then estimate based on ingredients and portion size and maybe round up by a point or two just to be safe.

I'm also on weight watchers but don't track on vacation. To me it isn't much of a vacation if I can't enjoy all the things I want without worrying about points.

Usually it all works out in the wash anyway and I come back with no added weight.
