Thanks for all the replies. Ive passed the info on to DH for him to decide what he wants to do. I also posted on the community board and got pretty much the same response there. His friend is doing NS right now and has lost about 50 pounds and he keeps telling him how wonderful it is, but he's like Mikey, he can eat anything. DH is more particular about his food, so I really don't think he will like it.
