Nutella?

It is very good. I got it for my daughter so that she would at least eat toast in the morning for breakfast. She's not big on breakfast and we always fight about eating before going to school. It's great on tons of things. VERY YUMMY!!

Very very good.

Only problem at my house is that I buy it and the jar is empty within a few days. I need to find where I can buy it in bulk.

I like it, but it is very, very sweet. I can only eat a few crackers with some before I have to put it away.

Ohiodislover, you don't need to buy it in bulk, you just need to find a good hiding place!

I'm eating some on toast right now. So good. I love it, but as a pp said, if you don't like hazelnuts, you won't like it.

It's so funny to see it in a commercial, especially for eating healthy! I've known about it for at least 20 years. I remember going down the shore in HS, and bringing back fudge for my Italian (first generation) neighbors, and they asked if they were supposed to spread it on crackers. Soon after, I discovered Nutella, and understood.

I love this stuff. I first got addicted to it 25 years ago in college when I was in Belgium. Holy crap this stuff is good. :cloud9::love:

However, I won't buy it for the house. My DD keeps wanting it but I just can't wrap my head around it being a healthy snack. And since I had gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago, I try to keep all the bad stuff out of the house. :goodvibes

Well, it's got lots of milk, and nuts for protein. There is actually very little chocolate in it (according to the commercial, it's only a couple of tablespoons). I would consider it at least as healthy as peanut butter (not sure if there is even any milk in peanut butter)

I also discovered it in Europe. Generally I don't like nuts of any kind, but I do like Nutella.

That's what I though too, but I checked the ingredients and found that Nutella has a LOT more sugar than PB. I was so disappointed.

Ohiodislover, they carry it at Costco!

You have a most excellent son there. Good combo!

How can something that looks like smooth chocolate look disgusting????

I guess it's how they show the nuts and chocolate. It just looks like chocolate syrup on bread to me, which doesn't sound good.

I may have to try it since everyone here says it is so good.

It's the consistency of peanut butter, but flavored like fudge and much less healthy (if that's possible.)

its the consistency of peanut butter, not syrupy at all.

i actually bought a similar version of it at The World Market that had banana swirelled in. it was DELICIOUS.

They might as well call it crack......Love that stuff. I am pretty good about making it last because chocolate is not my favorite flavor, but it is really really good.

Nutella is yummy but so addicting. I know it is not very good for you but I figure if I spread it on an apple slice that makes it healthy, right? :lmao:

Yes, I would use the same reasoning too ... but then we're tricked into eating more because we think eating it with an apple is healthy! It's like I've heard people say about the 100 calorie packs ... they eat more than just one because they see the "100" and lose self-control. :lmao:

(OT, but I see you like Adam Lambert ... I'm going to 2012 this weekend and I love the theme song he sings for it :thumbsup2). Sorry, back to non OT now.

I can take or leave chocolate, but I LOVE this stuff!

When DD who is 2 was going through a stage where she refused to eat anything, I got her to eat nutella and peanut butter samdwiches! She would tell people she was eating chocolate sandwiches!

It really is good. :thumbsup2

I still say that the health benefits of the apple outweigh anything bad in the nutella :rotfl2:

(I am an Adam Lambert fan and I love the song form 2012 but I am not sure if I am going to see it yet, not my type of movie.)
