My phone just range....Caller ID was Orlando, FL! I was thinking.....did the mouse call me to tell me I was in their system? But no, it was a credit card company calling me about reducing my rates! They never identified themselves(just a persons name that is also my guides name and saying they were calling form member services so my hopes were up for even a few more seconds!) and I don't think any of my cards are base in FL. Can you believe the coincidence?!?!? :sad2:
That's because they are messing with you. That was your guide that called. He gathers all his buddies around and says "watch this, these people are getting all sorts of desperate". Then they hang up and all have a great big chuckle at your expense.
O.K. probably not but wouldn't that be awful!!

That's it! It's probably some sort of initiation when you buy resale so that you'll buy from them next time! :rotfl2:

Another initiation after estopple! That is not good!! That is hazing!!:lmao:

Well, I must have survived estopple! When I didn't hear anything back from the closing co. within 24 hours of my email, I sent a note to Carolyn requesting an update. She got back to me within 30 minutes and said that the attorney in SC is waiting for the deed to come back from the state. He expects it at the beginning of the week and we should have our closing soon after! Whooo Hoooo!!! Here is my new list:

"The I have survived estopple but haven't sent my money yet" list!!

Laxmom :cool1: :cool1:

I think this could also be categorized as the crack in the sidewalk between estopple and closing. And I am happy to be there!!

Kat, i love your puppy!! Details please?

Thanks guys!! I am kind of numb. It is kind of like wanting to have a baby and then finding out you are pregnant!! You know? Now what do I do!!:lmao:

Kat, i love your puppy!! Details please?

Oh my baby!! :lovestruc I could go on and on about him but will try and keep it short. ;)

He's a Blue Merle Welsh Cardigan Corgi. Everyone thinks he's a Basset Hound/Australian Shephard cross!! :lmao: I should say that he's my 3 yo, 40 lb. lap dog. I had gotten another Cardigan Corgi a couple of years before while my Basenji was still alive. After she passed away DH thought he need a dog so I went on a search.
After looking at a few litters I found a breeder just 40 miles from my mom's in MN. Went to look at his sister but couldn't resist the little blue one - he was complaining from the second I saw him! He still comes running to me when his "brother" is being mean so I can help. Just cracks me up! He also finds me after his meals to thank me (awwww) so he's just very communicative and definitely my heart dog. He thinks is place is by my side and I agree. :goodvibes Jammer is his name and it turned out to be far more appropriate than I ever thought! And yes, DH still thinks he needs his OWN dog! :rotfl2:

We've been getting the same phone calls, my DW said we have had about 6 calls from this outfit over the past few days.

Good Afternoon Sunshines! :goodvibes

I'm back. Just pulled in a few minutes ago and have the wash running and the mail checked.

You all have been a lip flapping little group while I was away, haven't you. I've got lots of catching up to do.

The trip was awesome! I've got some pictures to post in a bit. I'll go and read now.

I think Jammer is adorable! I have two shelties - a blue merle and bi black. I have never seen a blue merle corgi.

Laxlad got home from school today and said he saw 2 fights at school today, no lacrosse players involved. Is it something in the water? He didn't think these kids really knew Cory so I don't think that is a common factor. What the heck!!??:confused3

Welcome back, Tammy!! Glad you had a great time. Anxious to see the pics!! Any AKV points come back with you?

Many are on DH's computer, and I'll get those up. Here's a couple..

I really like the floating flowers. Is that Daisy in your picture? Was she alone?

If all the days you were there looked like the one in the first picture, it looks like you had great weather!

The weather was perfect! High eighties and sunny every day, perfect pool weather.

Thanks! Our other Corgi is a brindle. The cardigans come in a few additional colors than the Pembrokes. I love shelties too - my aunt and uncle had one when I was growing up and have known a few people who have had them - very nice dogs. I love the herding dogs....and hounds....and working dogs....and the mixes, and, well, you get the idea - animal lover here! :)

Welcome back Tammy - love the pictures!

Hello guys..I have a totally off the subject question. My husband and I are taking a no kid disney vacation in a few weeks. We have not been there without the kids so this will be a new experience. I need to make dining reservations with the DDP. We always go to the same places..more kid friendly like the Biergarten..the Garden Grill..Cinderella's castle. What are your favorite restaurants at Disney???

DH and I are the comfort food type diners so we enjoy the buffett at Trail's End, Ft. Wilderness and/or Wispering Canyon, Wilderness Lodge; but you are likely to find kids in each of those restaurants. Before everything went non-smoking we used to ask to be seated in the no smoking/no kids zone! If you are in DTD at lunchtime, Earl of Sandwich is a peach of a restaurant!

In Feb we brought a 62 yr old newbie to WDW with us and since she was a first-timer we made reservations at Liberty Tree Tavern - food was so-so [except for the mac and cheese], but the character interaction was outta sight!

Try going to http://www.allearsnet.com and you can click on their dining link to check out restaurant menus/prices.
