If you are still at WDW, go to guest relations and discuss the issue with them. You may want to request a refund or at least a partial credit for your bad experience.
Kids are not old enough for KTTK. And this happened this past Friday. I just think that they need to know about it, there's actually more I could say, but rather not. Even Pan's "friend" did not interact at all with the guests.
It was really a waste of money, all due to the guide/CM.
