If you are still at WDW, go to guest relations and discuss the issue with them. You may want to request a refund or at least a partial credit for your bad experience.
 

It was the family magic tour and the CM kept complaining about how she usually does the $400 VIP tours etc...

In other words, acting like she was too good for our group and definitely wasn't into the kids and the childlike nature and fun vibe of the tour.
 
In your letter, please refrain from recommending they transfer her to the KTTK tour.

Kids are not old enough for KTTK. And this happened this past Friday. I just think that they need to know about it, there's actually more I could say, but rather not. Even Pan's "friend" did not interact at all with the guests.

It was really a waste of money, all due to the guide/CM.
 
I can certainly understand the disappointment. I, too, would be a bit miffed to fork over that cash and have a less than magical guide.
 
If you are still there, go to Guest Services now. It will have more impact than waiting until you get home to write.
