I was wondering if anyone knows if it will cause a problem if 2 of the people on our ADR's no show? We plan to make it to all of our ADR's, but it's possible that my brother and his wife may not make it leaving us with 2 less people at several of the meals we have ADR's for. Will we be charged the "no show" fee for them or will that be overlooked because we showed up? Thanks for you help and information on this.

I booked my ADR's for one extra person in case DH decides to go at the last minute (not likely, but I don't want it to be a problem if he does). The CM I talked to when making the ADR's said that I should call at least 48hrs in advance to cancel the extra person on all the ressies that have a CC deposit. They said I would be charged a no show for that one person. I think some, like the luau, sell by seats not tables so by holding even that one place it could be a problem for others trying to get in.

For the non CC places she said not to worry about it. She agreed I was better off to make it for 4 and then go to 3 than try to do the other way around--even though we will probably be seated at a table for 4 anyway.

I plan to call!

Correct. For dining that requires a credit card, call 48 hrs in advance and tell them. Otherwise, just tell them when you arrive.
