NPB lobby if we enter lake side?

Hi all,

When Jack & I stayed at SL we just walked through the village with our cases and to the Hotel.

When we arrived at SL we did have a bit of a to-do finding reception, luggung cases up the stairs etc.

Is NPB the same thing? From what I can see online you enter on a lower floor from the lobby.

Is it jsut a case of lugging our cases up the stairs and reception is right there? Or is it hidden behind the bar etc. like in SL?

yes, at the NBC from lakeside you are one floor below reception. There is a lovely staircase, or there are lifts (walk past the stairs and the lifts are tucked back there).

up a few stairs and then it is on your left! xx

The lift to get upstairs is quite small and last year it always smelled a bit funny.
