I just returned from our trip and wanted to let everyone who is going this week or next that through April 2nd MK is open EVERYDAY at 7 a.m. for onsite guests. The parks regular opening time is 8 a.m. We did MK early entry 3 days and were able to get so much done in the mornings. On Monday morning, we walked on everything (Buzz, Pooh, Splash Mountain, BTMR) without any wait at all. There was a 5 minute wait for the Tomorrowland Speedway. We did have to wait in line to get breakfast at the bakery at 9 a.m. though. At around 10 a.m. we left and headed to another park. We went back to MK the last two evenings, and it was just crazy. On Monday night, we saw the long lines for our favorite rides and said we'll do those rides in the morning.

I apologize if this is old news and it was posted when the 7 a.m. EE started on Sunday. I looked through the first few pages, but didn't see anything on it.

You're welcome. When we returned to the parks later for the parades and saw the 2 hour waits for rides, my husband and I kept saying to each other, "Why don't these people just come here in the morning for those attractions?"

I'm bummed because we don't get in until the wee hours of Saturday morning, and we were hoping to sleep in on Saturday...but lucky for the rest of you!

The disneyworld.com website says that the park is open at 9:00 april 3rd on. Are you sure it's 8:00?

I hope not, I made a PS at Crystal Palace at 8:05 on April 3rd, in hopes of getting there before the park was open because it was considered a non-EMH day.

Does someone know for sure what is going on?

Thanks

THe OP said through April 2 so April 3 they are probably back to more "normal" hours.

The thought of getting up at 6am on vacation does NOT appeal to me. No lines at Mk DOES appeal to me.... decisions decisions......... maybe I'll try it once
