Now this is why I love Florida

Lived in Florida all of my life, and I can't imagine living anywhere else. The kids spent the night with my parents last night, and my phone just rang. It's DD on Grandma's cell phone - "Mom!! Listen!!" All I here is something that sounds like wind - She gets back on the phone - "We're at the beach!!" Grandma just wanted to go play in the sand. She said the kids were having a blast feeding the seagulls!

it is too cold to be at the beach today!!! there was ice on my car windows this morning! but tomorrow it is supposed to be in the 70's.

Too cold for them to be at the beach too. It's 44 degrees here, but they're having fun anyway! We love going during the winter time to play. The beaches are deserted, and it makes great memories!
