NOW post and share your digital pics!! Great photos inside:)

I was finally able to visit our local garden which is located next to the old penitentiary. I intended to take pictures of the Spring flowers, but was more interested in the architecture. Here are a few of my favorite shots...

Took this tonight. Sharpened slightly, cropped and added a blue filter. There was this really cool haze around the moon and I was trying to capture it. Didn't work out quite how I wanted - but I do like the rings.

I went back and added mine as well. I too think it is very interesting and helpful to see what someones settings were. :)

:confused3 Me Too!

I stared at the moon all the way home. By the time I got to my camera the clouds had totally covered it...worst part is, I usually have my camera with me and didn't. :(

Great photo of the moon! Did you use a tripod or a zoom? Granted - my camera is substandard (for moon shots LOL) but I can NEVER get a good moon shot!

thanks. I used both actually. I had the camera mounted on the tripod and used my 70-300mm lens at 300mm.

I really love the pics that Jann took (a few posts up from mine) of the moon. They are some great "mood" shots. I am happy with how mine turned out - but they are just plain ole moon shoots. Hers have that lil bit extra to them with the clouds going by. At least I think so. :)

Maybe I've been a SAHM too long, but did anyone else immediately think of the Teletubbies when they saw the first windmill photo? LOL :rotfl:

Hi All

Just discovered the photography forum after spending lots of time in the UK section.
