I suggest you contact The Timeshare Store, we recently bought our resale contract via them and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. To DVC. We currently own at Poly and Copper Creek (Dec UY) and our travel priorities have changed. How does one go about selling their DVC ownership? I have no idea where to start.

Best of Luck to you in your sale. Travel priorities do change in future years and if it does, I do believe there is a good market to sell.To DVC. Not true, dvcresalemarket.com (among about a dozen others) can be posted. If it’s been redacted, it’s for a reason. The DVC Store / Timeshare Store is a sponsor here and the only resale market users can link to. Any other business name is automatically redacted.
I’m absolutely certain DVC Store is great, but I purchased via another, family run reseller. I had a fantastic experience and am just providing a reminder that there are multiple options that vary in service and commission fees.
As mentioned, I can’t post their name or website here, but perhaps a private message if you are interested. Otherwise, I think I checked reseller reviews on Google just to make sure I wasn’t selecting a train wreck.
Good recommendation. Especially since it appears they (likely) purchased direct fairly recently (based on PVB and CCV).I have never rented out points, but having read other threads, many suggest renting your points out for a few years, perhaps selling at a later date. Perhaps you've already looked at that route. I just thought I'd mention it.

Here’s another thread that lists some more (though as a seller I personally would stick with the big two, much more likely to move faster and smoother and be sold faster):

I used **********.com and had a great experience as a buyer.
I actually wonder the same thing myself. There are a few others that are redacted that the reason isn’t clear to me.Nope. Still redacted.
@stewart715 Any way to find out the reason for something being blocked?
Maybe they are terrible and I just got lucky with my experience.![]()
You definitely don't want pending reservations (though that isn't typical). As a seller, it doesn't matter much if you have banked points or stripped (it should still sell regardless). Though you may get $5-10 per point if it is fully loaded. That being said, buyers do love loaded and bonus (banked) points so those tend to go first.I will definitely look into these suggestions.
For those of you that bought resale, what were you looking for in a listing that set it apart from others? No pending reservations? Banked points? Large point balances?
For those of you that sold ANY tips? Would be greatly appreciated.
