As a resale buyer myself (though it was 8 years ago) the first thing I looked for was a range of points. I had a minimun and maximum number we decided on ahead of time... And only 1 resort my wife would agree to. I could have found an akv contract for $10 a point and she would have soad no lol. At that point for me it was about camparing what was available. It was a sellers market back then as the economy was still in a recession. I party feel guilty with my low ball offer. The owners came back with me their rock bottom price and we agreed. Other than price, size of contract and specific resort... I'm not sure there was anything else as a buyer that could "sell" me a different contract. It will take a buyer looking for your resorts. Loaded contracts are obviously more desirable... And can fetch a higher price than stripped or delayed closing contracts.
