Now I know the boards don't control me!!

I actually managed not to check the boards AT ALL yesterday, and used the time nearly as productively, to get the house looking reasonably clean! I feel good about myself and shall enjoy DISing today without guilt!!

I know now, that I can control this obsession.... not that I particularly want to!

I know how you feel - my PC's been broken for 48 hours and I was experiencing actual withdrawal symptoms - sweating, shaking etc......!!!

We may have to start a 12 step program
