Another vote for Golden Limo. I'd even recommend Quicksilver Tours as well.
I made a mistake and booked with Happy Limo this past week to get a stretch hummer and navigator other than sticking with my reliable Jimmy! I wanted something fun and funky and Jimmy couldn't get these units. The hummer was not in good order. I've complained to the company about the service and the condition of the vehicle and am I awaiting their response since the supervisor is out of the office. I had reserved the new lincoln stretch navigator, but they showed up with hummer because the navigator was in the shop and it still hadn't been picked up by the time I left to go back home either. I was told the '04 hummer should pick me up - it was the same messed up hummer. If it's the '04 I'd hate to see the '03 model. I had to call to get my driver to come meet me at baggage upon arrival. This delayed us by another 20+ minutes or so. Keep in mind, we already had our bags from baggage claim. Just sitting around waiting for someone to show for at least 10 minutes then calling Happy Limo and having them call the driver - so at least 35 minutes we're hanging out in baggage claim. Supposedly he didn't know our flight was delayed as it was on the board as on time and he had us paged moments before we landed. How could he not have the info from the airline? It's an easy phone call. They supposedly keep in constant contact to check on flights. Don't put blame on me that you're not here on time. My flight was delayed and you specifically tell your customers they are in contact with the airport to get the lastest details. Be happy I just didn't call a cab or catch the ME right then and there. It may have been quicker after all. I had to walk to the vehicle since it'd be faster than him pulling the vehicle around for us. So lugging my bags all the way down past the ME buses to our stretch hummer in back parking lot with poor working a/c, dents, the door panel to the door that we are to get in and out of the vehicle with was busted and my SIL literally almost fell out of it while trying to get out of the hummer. You can't put your weight on it at all. DH tripped going in because of the same panel. The panel under the seat next to the bar was coming out and MIL shoved it back with her foot. No working radio/cd player, but he puts a movie in. So we can watch Finding Nemo, but can't hear what's going on. Whoopie do! I can't believe I shelled out that kind of money for junk. On the way back, we were offered cold sodas since the a/c wasn't kicking out as much cold air as it should. The temperature was more bearable the closer we got to the airport.
The limo I had with Quicksilver was great! Jimmy's Ford Excursion at Golden Limo is in tip top shape. I'll never stray again. Jimmy nor Quicksilver has never asked me to walk to a parking lot. They've always met me at baggage claim and I've never had to call to track someone down. They've taken my bags (as many as they can carry and then some) and pulled the car around for us. We simply just had to walk outside the airport and not a step further. I booked Happy Limo since most reports on them were fine. I don't know what's happening to Happy Limo, but this one wasn't to "happy" with them.
