Now a Group Ressie through Dreams??

I figured someone here could answer my question. We booked our 11/3 Wonder Cruise through Dreams and I called today to rebook my excursions. I decided to change from the Dolphins Encounter to Blue Lagoon Beach day, anyway I digress... I didn't press the option for Group Ressies, but just stay on the line. I've done this before and never had a problem, but today I was told I was in the wrong department and had to be transfered. When the CM answered she said Group Reservations. I asked why I was in this department and she said it was because of my TA. So, my question is why am I in group reservations? Any help would be appreciated!!

Lori, anytime DU books 8 or more staterooms on a sailing (even if they are unrelated staterooms) they move into "group status".
