novice needs help

I have reserved and paid for a vacation already but now it looks like I could get it cheaper with the fall specials. Can I call and get a reservation change for the cheaper price?

Yes, on certain conditions. An offer needs to be within a certain booking time frame, travel dates, and whatever other criteria that needs to be met, if any. (Sometimes a specific membership is required, minimum night stays, etc.)
Also your best bet is to know what code to ask for. Even if that code does not match exact you can ask if there is an alternative code that meets what you want. That way you may be able to go from a room only to MYW with Dine, MYW Dine w/Wine, MYW Dlx Dine, etc. Each different type has a different code.
