Best week to go in November ??? Crowd level and weather??

Look here www.easywdw.com at the crowd calendar for last November. November 2014 isn't posted yet. Weather? Don't know. I think weather is a crap shoot whenever you go.

We have had pretty good luck with the week immediately after the close of the Food & Wine Festival, generally the week right before Thanksgiving. Crowds are moderate. Parks are decorated as are most of the resorts. The Osborne Lights has begun during our past several trips by that time and MVMCP also. The Gingerbread House at the GF is usually in place as well. The last time we visited in November there was virtually no sun , a major bummer, but even Disney can't guarantee the weather. We have been fortunate most years with warm-ish days and cool evenings. This is one of our favorite times to visit.
