Early November: Park low point for crowds, but the halloween overlay is being taken down so a few attractions will be closed. Weather... if not raining (low chance) you are good... probably low 70s? that is a guess
Mid November: Park low for crowds, some christmas overlays may be going up. But only a few so this is a good time
Thanksgiving: Christmas decor is fully up, Great times... crowds can be bad. With the way the economy of disney is going for backout days this might actually be the best time to go cause the crowds might be gone this year like the 4th of july
Late November early december: Full christmas overlay, low crowds !!
I went in early November last year. The crowds were low and I was able to walk on to many rides. The Halloween decorations were just coming down and the holiday decorations were slowly being put up. It did rain one morning, but stopped before I even left my room. The weather for the rest of my trip was very nice and comfortable.
