November swimming

Hi Everyone - Just wondering if you can swim in November. We are from New England and are hoping to be able to use the pools when we go in November. I've heard the days are pretty warm and the nights a little chilly. But...what does that really mean? 60 during the day...70.....?

I have beenwondering the same thing. We are going thanksgiving week and my kids are thrilled with all of the pools they saw online. We also want to go to blizzard beach, which is open that week, so I assume since the water park is open it will be warm enough. I am in New Orleans and the weather is about the same I think. Sometimes it is chilly, sometimes warm. I read at the disney site that the average temp. in November is 78. I hope we can swim!

We've always been able to swim in November. Most of the pools are heated. There have been several nights that it was a chilly "run" to our room but most of the time it's not too bad. I really don't think they put termometers in kids anyway!!

When we went in November it was in the 70s. Being from much cooler weather we were very comfortable swimming nearly everday.

We've been there in December froze our behinds off one night and the next night it was warm enough to swim. You never can tell about Florida weather!!

We have been there the first week in November a few times and always had great weather...most days warm enough to go swimming. Two years, the day we left, it got cool enough to have to wear long pants.

We swam in November too. It doesn't hurt t hat the pools are heated. I've always wondered why the pools are heated there (a warm place) but at Sesame Place in Langhorne Pa (not a warm place when the park opens), they are not.
