Well hello all! today's question nice and early as promised and some extra time. Now I hope it works because, yes, it is the dreaded picture round I can hear you all moaning and groaning from here but its a picture round with a difference I don't want to know where this is (that would be too easy) what I want to know is:
What Is WRONG With This Picture?

my apologies everyone, don't know what happened there as it worked when I tested it and it seem to work when I opened up the post. I don't know how to fix it so I'm afraid I'll need to leave this one for another time! again my apologies
