November Exercise Challenge

Starting off slowly, baby steps. I have had a hard time getting motivated to move. I am challenging myself to exceed 500 minutes.
 
another day down - did 30 minutes today - thats 125/1500

WOW!!! Lots of new Disers over here movin and groovin!!! Glad to see so many folks committed to getting more exercise done. My trainer was in today for her cleaning and she made me PROMISE to go to her 10 (but usually more like 20) minute abs class on Thursday. I am hoping I don't make an idiot of myself, but I will definately try it out.

I am trying to set some goals-realistic ones-so since it is already Nov. 7 and I have lost week, I will set my goal at 600 min.
I am not sure what the color codes mean thought?:confused3
 
Another 111 minutes the last few days, so I'm now 245/700. Over 25% of the way there!
 
Thanks for signing up to be the "offical" challenge person! These challenges really help keep me on track!

I need to sign up for this month - 1500 min again please.

So far I have completed 330/1500 min.
