NOVEMBER Exercise Challenge

I was 1560/1200 for October, but with Thanksgiving and traveling, weather, etc this month I am going to set my goal at 1200 again. If I meet it again this month I will set it higher in December. It took me three months to meet it though, so no rush to set it higher!! LOL

Goal for November: 1200 minutes!
 
Made it for October, so I'm in for november for 1000.
 
Just another question...how often do we update? And is there a clippie? I am 65/1000 today :)
 
OK, this is my very first exerise thread to participate. I think I know the rules.

Put me down for an even 1000. Too bad it's get so dark at 5:00 p.m., when my husband gets home from work so I can walk/or jog. But I'll do my best!

I'm in for another 500 this month. We're heading to WDW next week, so I won't be able to increase my numbers. But It'll be a challenge enough to match last month's 500 with a week away!

Well I started off the month right I think! Count me in for 60min. of interval training on the good ole treadmill! :thumbsup2
 
I walked this morning--it is so much easier for me to get up and walk when it is light out!

10 minutes of weights and 40 minutes of treadmilling (2.52 miles)
 
I'd like to join if it isn't too late. We'll be on vacation from 11/22 on, so I am gonna shoot for 600 minutes before then.

Please put me down for 800! I am not doing so well at getting to or past 1000 min. on these challenges now that I'm in school so I figured it was time to decrease my goal a bit. Thanks! :)
 
adding 120 minutes today--one hour in the gym and one on the treadmill doing walk/run intervals.

Total for November: 120/1200
 
This will be my first fitness challenge, so i'm going to start with a low goal: 500 minutes. That's 25 minutes, 5 days a week. My goal definately seems whimpy compared to all of yours, but cramming in the exercize time is going to be a challenge. I'm really hoping to see a weight change, but with Thanksgiving coming up, we can only hope :yay: Better get started!!
 
Add 50 minutes towards my goal for me! I just finished a on-demand cardio workout, :banana: boy am I wiped! I also managed to burn 4.6 pounds in the process, only 45.4 more till my goal.

Also, speaking of goals, i'm at the 10% mark for the exersise challenge. I think I will probably end up exersising over my goal, but you never know.
 
Well I haven't done any exercise but I think I might have a clippie to use......let's see if this works.......

Ok- missed last month's goal, although I am more than willing to give November a try! I will go for 850 minutes, hoping to reach 1000!

Starting with todays doggy walk for 40 minutes!

Got in 45 mins on the stairmachine today to start off, 45/1000.

Please sign me up... I made September :cool1: 1 hour short for October :guilty: so I am ready to go for November :cheer2:

My goal is 900 mins, that is 30 mins a day.
