First things first this morning (especially since it's raining at the moment and I can't get the Husky girl out for our morning 5 mile walk).

Glad to see everyone back again. Glad surgery is over for Nancy (Perfectmatch 300). Mostly, I's thankful that I still have running water and that I will likely have at least 1 area with flooring by the end of the week. Hopefully I will be unpacking around Thanksgiving.

As usual commit to as few or as many minutes of exercise as you wish to challenge yourself to do. Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers.

Not signing up this month, but I wanted to stop in & let everyone know that my hip replacement surgery went well. I am up & about, doing physical therapy at home. It's amazing how little activity it takes me at this point to get exhausted! Still have to be really careful not to damage the Dr's good work. The best news is that all the pain I was in pre surgery is gone! Makes it all worth it. Hopefully with the help of my PT, I will be back to a little more normal soon.

Julie, sorry to hear about your pump! Hope you've gotten everything fixed!

340/1000 got in 75 minutes on my elliptical this morning. Hoping I feel up to doing more later.

7pm added another 66 minutes on the elliptical tonight...406/1000...maybe I should reset my total to 1500

NEW goal!!!! 1500 minutes! Hoping to do a bunch tomorrow on my day off between decorating for the holidays and helping DD2 with her new crafts she got for her birthday party today.

Glad the surgery went well, and your pain is gone. Be patient with yourself, and take the time you need to slowly build up again, and before you know it, you'll be back to normal, and your hip will be better than ever. :hug:


I'm at 155/1000 this month. Off to a slow start, but officially am starting my princess half training, so I'd better make it this month and the next 3.

I'm new to this group and just started in Oct. to train for the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon. I have never run before, so this is VERY new for me! :)

11/2 - 24 min run (wasn't feeling to well and cut it short)
11/4 - 47 min run
11/6 - 54 min run
11/7 - 55 min run

I did 55 minutes yesterday and 85 so far this morning so I'm at 546/1500
