11/1: 45 minutes
11/2: 45 minutes
11/3: 100 minutes
11/4: 45 minutes
11/5: 45 minutes
11/6: 75 minutes
Got in a good amount of minutes this first week of November!
11/1 - 40 min running/20 min arm exercises
11/2 - 20 min running
11/3 - 30 min walking
11/4 - 73 min running/walking
11/5 - 30 min walking
11/6 - 75 min running/20 min dog park with puppy
11/7 - 48 min walking
OMG!!! I can't believe how behind I am!!! My DD had her wisdom teeth out on Monday & hasn't done too well. That, coupled with the election, DS19s job search, cold weather & no heat has put me WAY BEHIND in everything!
