I need advice on planning a week in November. We are staying at the AKL concierge level for 7 nights/8 days, during Epcot Food & Wine festival. Here's what I have so far, I would appreciate advice!! Please comment, tweak, adjust, what have you!
Day 1 Monday: Arrive at 11:30AM, check bags with desk on arrival, hang out at hotel until room is available, check-in to room, relax, have early supper at Boma. Take bus to Cirque du Soleil Nouba and enjoy. If early, enjoy Downtown Disney Roller Coaster maker.
Day 2 Tuesday: Take AKL concierge level offering "Sunrise Safari." Spend remainder of day at Animal Kingdom. Dinner at Jiko, Evening in hotel room.
Day 3 Wednesday: Breakfast in concierge lounge. Go to Epcot early (Wed is early entry day). Enjoy rides, stroll through Epcot and eat/drink our way around the World Showcase. Choice of either a) boat reservation for fireworks show or b) restaurant reservations for fireworks show. Need advice which is better and which restaurant to reserve at. Retire to hotel.
Day 4 Thursday: Breakfast in concierge lounge. Early entry for Magic Kingdom. Tour Magic Kingdom. Make dinner reservations at Crystal Palace. Retire to hotel.
Day 5 Friday: Sleep in. Breakfast in concierge lounge. Make appointment for morning massage. Lunch at hotel and then revisit Magic Kingdom OR tour Epcot doing food and wine tasting for lunch and tour Epcot. Dinner TBD.
Day 6 Saturday: Breakfast in concierge lounge. Early entry for MGM. Tour MGM. Make dinner reservations at Brown Derby with Priority seating for light show.
Day 7 Sunday: Breakfast in concierge lounge. Free day. Tour anyplace at will.
Day 8 Monday. Breakfast in concierge lounge. Check out as late as possible. Leave bags. Spend any free time before town car arrives touring Animal Kingdom.
Please offer ANY advice on this touring schedule. Am I missing something absolutely fantastic? Please tell me so!! I have a few months to make this the best itinerary possible!!!
Thanks in advance
Elizabeth ---- 159 days to go!!
PS We are two adults traveling together. Myself and my mother. We last toured WDW together in 2000 at the Port Orleans, both of us may be getting creaky. Thanks again for any response!
