Hi

Dh and I are thinking of returning back to DLRP in November for a joint birthday and celebration for my twin boys and Casey, as thier birthday is a month apart.

I understand the weather will be cold, but hopefully it wont rain. What are the crowds like at that time of year we will be going hopefully Friday 17-Sun 19th. I am hoping it will be a walk on.

What are the celebrations at that time of year? i.e will the park be decorated, xmas parades, etc.

Any ideas on where to celebrate thier birthday?

Many thanks

Cafe Mickey for their birthday. When you book your table, tell them it's their birthday and they'll do a cake. The place is full of charecters and they always hang around birthday kids!

I'm going in November to (20th-23rd) so I'm hoping the weather is nice (I sincerly doubt it). All the xmas decorations are up by the 11th of November. All the xmas parades and celebrations start on that day to.

As for waiting times, don't expect walk-ons. You're visiting on a weekend and I've never seen the park empty on a weekend (unless the weather is really awful!) Whilst it wont be busy, expect to wait 20-30 minutes for the major attractions (Buzz, Peter Pan, Space Mountain, the newly painted Thunder Mountain and Phantom Manor)

At Mid and End of November there should be no big growds in the parks. But I heard that the 1st November should be on of the bussiest days of the year! (Bank holiday in France and Germany) Can anyone confirm this?

Hi we were thinking of doing the same. It is my DD daughters birthday and my mums 60th so we thought we would do a quick trip.

We went around the same time last year and it was freezing but did not rain.It was quite busy at the weekend but I found that after the parades it was actually quite quiet.

Happy planning

Jackie

Hi

I was hoping it was not going to busy. We went in August and the park was heaving. In the cold I dont really want to fight people to get around. We cant go mid week. I imagine August would be busier than November weekends? :confused3 :umbrella:

We went mid November previously. Weather was not to bad as long as we wrapped up. Crowds were light during the week but definitely filled up at the weekend. After lunch-time 60 minute wait times on the main attractions (SM, BTM, Peter Pan) became the norm.
