So I realize that this is late in the game but I tend to save everything for the last minute. I'm completely and totally overwhelmed with that to do in Grand Cayman. I like the idea of just chillaxing on a nice beach but the name "Seven Mile Beach" is very intimidating. Which part of the 7 miles should I set up camp? I'm looking for something comparable to Paradise Beach Club in Cozumel. Beautiful beach, lounge chairs, food & drink, public washrooms... Suggestions?
