I don't want to make a huge deal out of the lactose free thing. It's only milk that my DD has a problem with and I don't want to create an issue with yogurts, cheese, ice cream, etc. I'll have to give it some thought. I guess she would probably survive if she didn't have milk that week. Choc milk is usually OK for her too (something about the sugar in the chocolate helps break down the lactose enzymes), but not at every meal.
Don't worry, no need to tag me as the board drunk, I'm just curious
I tend to not drink in the sun anyway, gives me a headache.
