November 4th, 2007 Disney Wonder Roll Call

We haven't gotten our trip documents yet, either! Hoping our TA has them (she has been off the past 2 days). 23 DAYS TILL SAILAWAY!!!

How sweet of you to think of us....actually, I may be booking that same cruise for next year!!!!

Hey There! This is our first cruise and we are SO excited! We should be easy to spot...My name is Ingrid and I will be the white hippie girl with long dreadlocks. We are celebrating my 35th birthday on this cruise!!!! My husband who is also 35 and our kiddos Logan who is 12 and Athena who is 9. We are coming from Washington State and spending 9 days at ALK before hand. This is our first cruise!!! We booked a category 4 so we have room to spread out. I am just reading through this thread and trying to get caught up! In Nassau we have booked the swim with dolphins directly through the company!

WElcome to the thread Ingrid! You lucky girl you got your cruise documents already! Thanks for letting us know. That can only mean that the rest of us should start seeing them sometime next week!!!:cool1: :cool1:

Welcome, Ingrid, to our Dis-group. Sounds like a great time swimming with the dolphins!:thumbsup2

Our TA said today that the documents for the WDW part of our trip are in, but the DCL documents aren't...should be any day now.:rolleyes1

Welcome Ingrid, This is our first cruise too. :cheer2:

We have not gotten our documents yet. Hoping this week. Will call the TA on Monday to see where they are.

Hi everyone! My DF and I are getting married on Halloween and sailing off on the three-night cruise on the 1st, but we will be staying on for the four-night cruise on the 4th. We will be Disneymooning on DCL! YAY! SO I thought I'd say hello...someone else directed me here. We'll be giddy at that point for more vacation!

That is so exciting. Congrads on your new life together. Looking forward to meeting you.

See you on the 4th,
Stephanie :cheer2:

Welcome Ingrid! How funny.... I have a son that will be on the cruise...his name is Logan and he turns 12 on 11/3!! We'll have to make sure that they meet...

Tyedie...Logan like the Lab last cruise... have your boys ever been? What kind of ball do they want to play on deck? I don't remember seeing any ball playing last time...

The cruise is coming too fast!! YIKES!! I am SO not ready yet... life has been very busy and hectic lately....need to make some "cruise prep" time soon!!

Shana - My boys have been to the club and lab on our 3 previous cruises. The first cruise we took was the only trip either boy liked the club/lab. I do want them to go to it because it's changed since the last time we cruised.

They got a basketball or soccer ball up on the sports deck and played some kind of game that was a cross between basketball and soccer. They will also played basketball until too many taller and older people showed up then they moved over to the other court where they played this other game. They had fun playing and other kids played it with them.

The only thing I've done to get ready is make sure our passports are where I thought they were.

Welcome Ingrid and family.
Congratulations DAKLNiddy on your upcoming marriage. What a wonderful way to spend your honeymoon.

Our little group is growing and growing. It's WONDERful that there are so many Diser's going. Hopefully we will all be able to meet up at some point in time.

No Docs here in central PA yet, and no upgrade yet either. An upgrade would be nice, but I'm kind of picky and would only want one on deck 6, 7 or 8. I'm currently in an 11 on deck 7 and don't really want a lower deck for personal preferences. So, come on DCL, up grade us to an 8 or 7 or 6. A 3 would be really nice. Oh well, I can wish can't I:lmao:

Who all is planning on being at port as soon as it opens 10:00am/10:30am?
Doing Palo Brunch on the "at sea" day? What time is your reservation?
Want to list any other info? Please feel free and I'll post it beside your name.

I am an obsessive "list maker".:rolleyes1

We'll be at the port at 10am, because we have to be off the ship by 9am. According to the DCL folks, we'll be allowed back on before everyone else because we'll have already been on the ship for the past three days. But don't really know if that's true. :cool1:

Thanks Henlady! :thumbsup2 We're going to try and get to the port as early as possible, but we'll be at WDW the day before so we'll see how we do with getting up on time. We have reservations for Palo brunch from 12:00-1:30. We also have a room at CS in Nassau and plan on spending the day at the waterpark. We also have snorkel equipment reserved for CC.
