thanks for all you hard work!

Just got back from a Wonderful cruise! It was nice to meet those of you who attended the Meet n Greet.

We are home already too. It's pretty easy to travel home if you live in Florida already. We enjoyed meeting folks at the meet and greet! This is the first time we participated in the Fish Extender tradition; it was great fun delivering our packages late at night and receiving something almost every time we returned to the room. Thank you all for the cute, clever gifts and all the yummy candy!

Hi! It was good to meet ya'll, dh and I had fun talking to you at the Meet n Greet. We got off the ship 1st thing today and beat the heavy turnpike traffic headed to South Florida. :)

We had a wonderful time on the cruise! Thank you for including our family in the FE exchange last minute. The girls had a wonderful time with that. My oldest loved delivering the gifts. I wish we could have made the Meet N Greet but we got on the ship later than planned due to the weather and an accident on I-95.

Had a great 1st DCL cruise. THANKS! to everyone for the neat, creative FE gifts........I got some wonderful ideas for FE's for our next cruise.

Speaking of next cruise.............did anyone book on board? We have until Wed. if you want to do it and get discount with points. We are seriously considering doing it all again next Thanksgiving!

PS - Sorry we missed everyone at the Meet & Greet! By the time we arrived, it was 3:20 or so and everyone had left already!

Thanks to all who participated in the FE... it made our 1st Disney Cruise a lot of fun!

And thanks to all for being part of a great sailing... the atmosphere on board for the whole trip was super!

While there were aspects of our past cruises on Celebrity that we missed, we were VERY impressed with the security and programming in the kids' club. It was clear that our son, at 7, is the perfect age to be sailing Disney. His 2nd-ever cruise was a joy to him and he's missing the boat a great deal.

It is giving us pause to wonder if the reservation we currently have on a Celebrity vessel for March should be switched... maybe one more go - this time on the Magic - may well be in order. We'll see.

Finally, so sorry to miss the meet and greet... I had super gobble-gobble nametags for that but my migrane was stillw ith me then, so I chilled in the dark in the cabin right up until the lifeboat drill. Once the ship began to move I felt much better.

And speaking of moving... I'm still feeling the boat rocking now!!

Be well all and thanks again!

Maggie

We had our three girls (two were mine, one a friends) in somewhat matching outfits on Thansgiving night...all were in really, really POOFY skirts and matching shirts...one green, one pink, one baby blue....It was their first time to wear them, and normally, they don't all like being "matchy matchy", but they were twirling all over that ship that night, not caring that they matched!!

Ashley

"Maggie at Sea" stick with Disney from a kids cruise. Too much adult activity on the big guys! Notice you are from Philly area, wish we had been able to connect. I graduated from Episcopal Academy in Philly in 1952, when we went back for my 55 senior class reunion we discovered the property on Main Line was sold and the school was moving to the subs with a wonderful new campus. Always looking for "philly News"

We were second seating (did not work out too well for little girls). Rotation: Triton, AP (went to Palo), AP and PC. The only time they matched was at breakfast at PC on Sunday. They were wearing new DCL shirts.

We had the same seating and same rotation! We're late eaters normally, so it worked out well (but our girls were 7, 8 and 9). We were at Table 5. Well, ours were not wearing the DCL shirts, so wasn't us!

Hi Ashley,
I was responding to Peter about what our 3 girls were wearing. We were table 74. One of our daughters was asleep at the table each night. We loved the cruise the only change I would make is to an early seating. It was not available when we booked.

Cruising Grandma here, Cruising Grandpa in hospital ER yesterday with problems breathing, has COPD so we assumed that was the reason. Blood gases etc were fine so were xrays....ER doctor asked if we had been out of the country......wouldn't tell me what that had to do with anything but was VERY intersted that we had been to Nassau. "grandpa" seems to have flu like condition. Has anyone else been sick.....other then sniffles? Today he seem better, bad headach but better, just trying to figure out why doctor was so hungup on Nassau...unless he is planning vacation !

Our family is OK. We did not get off the ship in Nassau. I hope Cruising Grandpa feels better soon. I know the Magic cruise for Thanksgiving had a lot of sick people after the cruise but they did not go to Nassau.

It was just dh and I cruising. We did not get off the ship in Nassau. But we both came down with the same cold. Sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, and cough.

ETA: We did not fly or go to WDW before or after. We drove directly from home and back.

DS felt under the weather for the later part of the cruise and developed diarrhea that lasted till we arrived home. DH and myself got the cough thing and still cannot shake it! We did the Atlantis excursion on Nassau. Hope Cruising Grandpa is 100% ASAP!

"grandpa" is feeling much better....can't keep that 76 year old down... Sounds like he wasn't the only one with some post cruise ills. Now I have a new "problem" He enjoyed having our Grandson Lincoln with us on this cruise...well and his parents too.....That Grandpa is now talking Alaska with our other 2 grandsons. Why do I see more pirate shirt and fish extender patterns in my future ! pirate:Well it keeps us young
