We will be there Nov. 5-8. Can’t wait!!
Don't stress too much about Uber...although I know it's easier said than done! As Howry said, the staff at the hotel can let you know if there is a certain pickup spot. I know when I use ride shares for places like the airport, the app will direct you to pick up locations when needed, but otherwise I just try to be in a visible area away from large clusters of folks. The app will tell you what type of car to expect, the person's name and their license plate number.I think now I have booked everything I have to and I am pretty much set to go…
just booked my shuttle from LAX to the BWPPI and my whale watching tour… and ordered a US SIM card for my phone…
Depending on the entertainment schedule, if Disney decides to publish the holiday entertainment schedule before the holiday time is over, I might splurge on a tour to visit Walt’s apartment but I am not sure yet…
I am just already quite nervous about using uber to get to the shopping mall and the whale watching tour… so far I have only used it once… I don’t even know if I can order it directly to our hotel or if I have to look for it in the official Disney drop off zone across the street…(I feel just like an old grandma using a smartphone for the first time…)
A couple of weeks ago I have even considered to order some groceries to our hotel, but I doubt I feel adventurous enough for that… I‘ve never done that and have absolutely no idea about it… I guess 7elven or cvs will do…
I don’t even know why I am such a nervous wreck right now…
though if I think about the trip, I feel like hopping through the houseI am so excited!
Generally, pools are open year round, including in the rain. They close if there is lightning. The vast majority of pools are heated.will the pools be open and are they heated?
Which, of course, is much less of an issue in Anaheim than in Orlando!Generally, pools are open year round, including in the rain. They close if there is lightning.
My wife and I are both in our 30's and have been to DL multiple times. We will be there the 16-23rd and always get 5 day tix. It never feels like too long.We will be there 11/10-11/16. Multiple people have told us that this is too long since there are only two parks. However, we like to take breaks and take it slow. And we like to enjoy the resorts. So, given that it will be November, will the pools be open and are they heated?
We are going the 16th to 24th. We actually have 5 day tickets and I bought an extra 1 day ticket on top of that to make 6 days in the parks. We have also been many, many times but enjoy soaking up every minute, especially during the Christmas season. This is a short trip for us compared to our Disney World trips when buy the 14 day Euro tickets. There is always plenty to do at Disney, and taking it slow is the best way to experience it!We will be there 11/10-11/16. Reminds me to buy the last essentials for my trip… like white shorts for my Donald Duck Disney bound…Ahhhh! We are getting so close...we arrive next Friday! I am officially starting to pack. Can't wait!
Christmas decorations started going up a couple of weeks ago. Will Christmas decorations go up before Nov. 15th?
