If your DD has a gluten allergy, I would schedule a meal at 1900 Park Faire and hope that Chef TJ is working. He's kind of got a cult following from those in the food allergy and vegetarian worlds. He will make your DD's meal OUT OF THIS WORLD. It's always a roll of the dice as to whether he's working or not the paraticular day you visit. We missed him during our last visit, but our first visit, he was working at 'Ohana and he made DS this dessert:

Both were gluten, egg and nut free. Chef TJ is my hero

As you can imagine, I was in tears by the time the dessert came out. My little boy who always has to bring his own cupcakes to birthday parties was getting the best dessert in the entire restaurant. Anyhow, since 1900 Park Faire is a fun place to eat anyway, I would give it a try. You never know if chef TJ will be working!! --Katie
Seriously, that dessert is AMAZING!!
