Good morning everyone!!:wave2::wave2:

I wanted my 3000th post to be on our planning site, so I've been posting on other threads to make it happen. And here it is!!!

:rainbow::jumping1:party::rockband::cheer2::yay::cool1::yay::flower1::mickeyjum:goofy:

At least I didn't bring out creepy dancing guy!:lmao:

Now to go back and catch up on the pages! Have a great day!:thumbsup2

I posted this in the FB group but ill post it here for ther opinions.. I am really stuck on this!
So everyone on here has been reading how I have been going back and forth with whether or not we should do MK our first day... This is what I want and I want to know if it sounds goofy
arrive go to MK
eat at LTT
explore MK
head to DTD about 4
shop/have fun
eat at T-Rex
DisneyQuest

I want to do it this way because I have been reading so much about how the Christmas Parade taping will impact on Thursday, thats our main MK day and I want to get some more MK time in. We have a breakfast, BBB,CRT all planned for that day(Thursday) so thats not a focus on ride day. Anyway if I do the above schedule ^^^ then that only leaves one night for 1900 PF and thats friday night after the water park-which we are having 1900 PF for breakfast-is that wierd? Going to the SAME place again for dinner??? I feel like I keep switching around the same 3 or 4 meal places (with taking MM out its llike 4 restaurants) and I NEED to come to some sort of descision by this weekend~ Just a little vent :? Any help would be wonderful though you all have helpes SOOOO much already

To be honest I don't feel like that's too weird. It's not like you'd be eating lunch and then dinner there - breakfast and dinner are totally different obviously. Plus then you get two different sets of characters!

I had an idea! Is dinner on our WP day at 440...too early? BUT if I do that we can be done by and to DHS by7ish incase we miss the OL or they add another F! show! On the other hand if we catch all of that we can do to DTD. BUT how wierd is it to eat at the same place for breakfast and dinner on the same day?

Good Morning everyone and Happy Monday!! UUUGGHH another work week has begun. Yet it is another week closer for us to this trip, so excited. I am kind of glad we will miss the madness of the Christmas Parade taping! I think I have our trip planned perfectly and I just hope and pray nothing messes it up. I hope all goes well when BOG ADR's open a week from Saturday. Who else will be up at the crack of dawn with their phones in hand ready to go??? I hope online ordering will be available too!!

ADR woes again... would you drop Crystal Palace for Liberty Tree Tavern at lunch time? Most of our ADRs are character buffets and I'm really digging LTT menu :)

I already reserved LTT for lunch (under H's name) and have CP ressies @ 1:30 & 5:10. I'm hoping to drop the 5:10 for a later BOG ressie. Which leaves no room for CP on our MK day.

So, because we are already doing Chef Mickey, Akershus, 1900PF, Tusker House, Cape May Cafe & Cindy's Royal Table, do you think it's OK to drop this one chatacter meal?

Hi!

I am hoping to jump on your bandwagon here!! Im trying to convince DH that we need a little get away to see the Christmas Decorations the week after Thanksgiving. What is everyone's thoughts on that week? I think we'd probably stay at the POP with Free dining (is anyone upgrading that?) or if I get super convincing, we've always wanted to try the Wilderness Lodge!! Love to do MVMCP as well!!

Any tips would be appreciated!!

Thanks, Wendy:thumbsup2

:welcome: I think staying at POP is a great choice. Just plan to block some time for resort hopping to see all the fabulous decorations. WL is gorgeous as is AKL, GF and I hear the Boardwalk area is, though I've never made it over there yet. Hope you're able to convince DH!pixiedust:

While reading all the ideas of things to do and see, I decided we should stay an extra day! Now we'll be staying November 23rd to the 29th! I know we'll be going to the Magic Kingdom on the 27th for MVMCP but haven't decided on the other days! I think I may be more excited than my daughter! :cool1:

I think we should have and official "I've added a day (or two) to our trip" club. There are a lot of us!:rotfl:

I think it's always a good idea to start with MK! Your plan looks good.

We were there a couple days before taping of the parade and saw no problems at all. This was 2 years ago. I think Justin B. just brought out the crazies last year. :rotfl:

Am I reading correctly? You are now NOT doing MM F! package? What are you doing in it's place? I must have missed that post. :confused3

Unless they're huge Pooh and company fans, I think you have plenty of character dining planned and they won't miss another one. I LOVE LTT for lunch or for dinner! ::yes::

I have 50's booked under DH's name (which is where we would be eating on Friday BUT since I cant have tomato sauce due to the IC... theres no point in keeping it. ) we will just have to wing F! I guess.

Unless I just let 1900PF go since we have akershus and CRT.... not sure yet grrr! This descision is KILLING ME!!! We have done 1900PF in 2010 but DD4 was only 2 at the time and I think she would love it BUT we didnt do CRT or Akershus last time. BUT I cant give up LTT for lunch! It looks soooo good and a perfect FIRST meal in Disney!

Okay, am I the only one who didn't know this was coming while we're there??:confused3

How did I miss this?:crazy2:

ETA: Also Belle's cottage and Enchanted Tales with Belle...where have I been?

I had no idea about all this either! Plus Test Track is supposed to be back in action with its new theme. I hope this doesn't mean it will be more crowded. I am such a worrier, I know. :faint:

At least we're not alone right! LOL But no seriously I do not blame you at all for LTT! We're going for dinner and we love it. I wouldn't drop it! I might be more inclined to drop a character meal than that, but then again we have no kidlets. I think we're going to end up dropping Le Cellier even though it took me forever to get a res, but no one seems excited about eating there and it's screwing my schedule all up.

This is why I said several pages back that you might want more MK time. :rotfl2:

I'm sure it will be at first. Test Track has a huge following. My DH included.

Oh I have no doubt of that, we love it too! And I'm excited to see it rethemed or whatnot, but I'm trying to mentally prepare for more crowds. :thumbsup2

I'm really hoping for an early opening. Like the begining of Nov. :thumbsup2
