I called back today to book it, because I need to check if it was ok with the people I am traveling with to switch from a room only to a package and now they say I do not have any Pins. Such a bummer. It will all work out. I know free dining will come out, but I am so dissapointed.

Did they give you the PIN# the first time you called? I would try calling back and tell them the first time, you had a PIN then you called to apply it and nothing. Dont give up. That is ridiculous!

I am doing something like that. I have my binder that I will use here and keep in the room and then cards for days at the park. I love those bands. Where did you get them? What are they made of? Thanks for posting them.

I don't remember, but found them online somewhere. when i get home, i'll look and see if i can find the manufacturer name on them. they are a lightweight plastic it seems like.

so sorry, always ask the name of the CM you are speaking to and always ask for a number or code for everything. you just never know these days, so better to be safe. I would keep calling every day!

Do you remember when you called and were told you had the pin. If your account had been noted by the CM, you can call back and ask them to review the notes from that call (date/time) and they should be able to find the pin.

That happened to me when I switched to CL level at WL. I called Sunday morning around 10 AM and was told about the pin, but I needed to do some reading on CL as well as talk to Betsy, and when I called back at 2 PM there was an issue with finding the pin, but because the account had been noted by the previous call/CM, they were able to figure it all out

My question is why are these PINs so hard to FIND??!! You'd think their system would be better than that! That is a totally bummer about them not being able to find it any more. I think I would ask to talk to a supervisor and raise some cain until they gave you FD!! I'm still in the no FD club, but they can't EVER find a PIN for me. --Katie

When we did October 2010, we were doing jeans/t-shirt most of the trip. I think November would be the same, maybe with a small windbreaker to boot

This past December it was around 80-85 every day and 60's at night. We all wore shorts/capris with t's/tanks during the day and added a hoodie at night or threw on a pair of jeans. Of course the year before that it was in the 30's. We tend to pack for warm and cool weather and just do laundry as needed.

Well, I guess I'll just have to check the weather forcast before we leave. I just like to plan ahead. I'm in Texas, and I've heard that time of year is similar to our weather here. Thanks for the input! I was hoping to hear that it is still warm enough for tanks/shorts...I love that because they take up less room in your suit case

I usually take our daily schedule, type it up, tape/glue or print on notecards- like index size and then mom laminates the cards. then we punch a hole and put a key ring through. it is the perfect size to grab (and store in a backpack or small purse) and look at our daily schedule and ADRs. also- here are some cute wrist bands i ordered to put our cell on it and have DS wear in case he gets lost:

The laminated index card idea is great. I found a nice Disney template to use on ours. I was going to try and find one of those larger rings and attach it to our stroller so I won't have to dig through the backpack for it.

I was looking for a place to find id bands for kids and found RoadID. We are planning to try it out this weekend at the zoo to be sure our three year old will keep it on and not mess with it.

Thanks! I seem to be thinking itll get crossed off. The kids would rather go to DTD that day and eat at T-Rex and go to DIsney Quest.... I know them and all the stores(even if its just to look) is what they will want to do. Besides that will allow us to start our trip in the magic kingdom and finish it there eating with winnie the pooh

That sounds like a lot more fun to me! And sounds better than Mama Melrose, too!

I LOVE this at Disneyland, but haven't made it to WDW's yet. We tend to show up last minute and find a 'good enough' spot though, so we never "waste" time doing so?

Now THAT sounds like a way me might try it again. Good idea!

I think I found the same template! I love the idea of attaching it to the stroller! Thanks for sharing I may do that.

I looked at the RoadID as well. I can't decided between something that is disposable or reuseable. I may put it on DD's ankle so that it isn't as easy to get to.

Fantasmic!~I think we are going to skip this as well. I saw it in 2005 and really liked it but it doesn't seem to fit in our schedule and I'm not sure if DS3 would really like it.

Binders~I am using a small binder for planning right now. DH makes fun of me. I will bring it with me on the trip but leave it in the hotel room. Everything will be in my i-Phone so I can access it in the parks without bringing anything else along. Check out www.tripit.com

F&W Festival~We plan on going for an adults only afternoon/evening on Tuesday November 6th (strategically scheduled the night before our resort/rest day in case we enjoy a little too much and don't want to get up early the next morning). I am very excited for this.

We wore shorts & tshirts on our Nov. 2010 trip. We also swam every day. Temps were around 80 each day. I'm hoping for the same this year!

I am seriously trying to convince DH to get rid of Fantasmic! He hasnt said yes yet...he keeps saying 'WHAT?!?!" YOu had to have it!" but I told him if I keep it I will have to get rid of Chef Mickeys breakfast and he really wants that so we will see
