NOVEMBER 2012 Trip Planners Part 2~yes there IS another!

Is anyone going to attach at LGM (lime green mickeyhead) to their purse or stroller so other DIS-ers will recognize you? I haven't before, but I think I might on this trip. I have some LMG paint chips for Home Depot at I could use...just have to figure out how to attach them.

I am going to attach one to our park bag....Last trip I laminated two back to back with DISer on each side and used a zip tie to attach it to the stroller....

I think I may use the same one....

I have also been eyeing the green 2012 shirts.....

Man I'm all over that!!! I could do Dole Whips everyday of my life!! Since I work with money I can do the Treasurer thing... Maybe we will have to come up with a bribery fund in order to get the FD pin codes... If we don't get them it could fund the Dole Whips...

I will get to order some shirts from the disney store before we go....DH is actually the one that suggested it. I have been looking for some we can customize with something like "Kaileigh's Birthday Bash". I have been looking on esty and also looking at maybe making my own iron ons.

Thrilled to report I was finally able to get free dining by calling! I was getting ready to book, and gave all of our info. Then, I mentioned that email missing pin code line of "Get a early look" and asked if that meant it would go public. He said, "I'll add free dining right now"! Didn't look for a pin or ANYTHING. We booked our two rooms at CBR and saved a little under 1400!!! Thank you Mickey! Keep the faith!!!

Oh, and we made sure to place our down payment of 200 per room! Already went onto the WDW site and saw our "182 Days" sign! Good luck to everyone!

We stopped by the Disney outlet on our way back from the beach and I found a shirt for DD, DS and even one for myself. DD didn't find anything he liked.

Congrates on the FD! Did you get the DDP or was it QS the CM gave You?

I am getting very tempted to call again and say I rec'd the missing pin email.

Funny thing is last year I did receive such an email and wrote to Disney about it since everyone was reporting getting pins. The reply I got back told me there was a pin near the bottom I gave up at that point totally frustrated and waited for the GP Offer.

Oh! I forgot to add. I made iron on shirts from our last trip and they were a hit. I used M_I_C_K_E_Y_S iron on transfers. Hers are the best, and I've tried them all. The tote bags I did still look great. There are so many awesome DISigners on these boards, and they will customize their designs with names and dates for you.

So, did you tell him you got the email or did you just say that others had gotten it?? I want this free dining SOOOOOOOO bad, but I would feel guilty if I lied about getting the email. --Katie

Why can't I get this guy??!!! I called again a few minutes ago and mentioned that some people were getting this email. The lady I got simply said that there's no free dining promo for November, and that I didn't have any PIN codes attached to my name . I will call back daily until I get your guy, though ! You've given me a glimmer of hope ! --Katie

I have a question about the pins, because I am new to all of it. Both my husband and I have an account through the Disney website where we can log in with our email. I have been calling and checking under my name for a FD pin but only have the pin for discounts through the summer. Should I be asking them to check under my husbands name as well? We are already booked for Nov. but FD would be great and I would love to be able to go ahead and apply it so I can focus on all the fun stuff! TIA!

I think anyone wanting FD for November should just call and say they heard about an email going around without a pin that said "early look". When I called I was told I did not have a pin, when I specifically mentioned FD and asked when it would be released to the general public, I was told I could have it now. I really think it is all in who you talk to and what you say. I would keep trying and trying.
