Hi everyone,

I hope u all had a wonderful xmas!

I am hoping for some advice regarding our booking nxt yr.

We have been 3times b4 and always stayd at the Cheyenne and loved it, this time were fancying SL. We always fly with easyjet as the price is good frrom Newcastle and I book as soon as seats available. Then we use ezyshuttle, as there always great.

The only problem is the flights all arrive really late and only do them sat, sun, mon, wed & fri. Last yr we did sunday (got to hotel 9m) and came home 7pm flight wednesday. So we missed all day sunday even though we had tickets.

This yr the prices are alot higher we cud do sat 10th nov and return wed 14th bt the price doubles to arrive on a saturday, so i was wondering if any1 cud recommend where to stay on sat nite jst hotel only as we'd probably gt there about 7pm.

Then i was wondering easiest way to get from the hotel to SL?

Im jst trying to find the cheapest way and to maximise our time there.

Thanks in advance xxx

Lots of people stay at an offsite hotel for their first night so as not to waste money on a day's ticket that can't be used then they can check into their Disney hotel first thing in the morning, even in time for EMH! There are four off-site hotels very close by - Explorers, Dream Castle, Magic Circus and Kyriad. Kyriad is probably the cheapest of them all but do check out the others as it's not always the case. All four have a free shuttle service to the park where you'd just then get the bus to the Sequoia. Alternatively you could look at hotels in Val D'Europe ie Adagio, l'Elysee - these will probably be even cheaper and are just one stop away on the RER then you can get the bus to the Sequoia.

Have a look at the Hotel FAQ sticky thread as there are suggestions of websites where you can book these offsite hotels through. Also check out Expedia for room only deals on the Disney hotels - I'm sure someone found a good price for the Santa Fe room only for their first night recently.
