Cancelled Fireworks Party reservation for 4 on 11/17. Another night worked better in our schedule and opened up.

I had to reduce the number of people coming to Pooh breakfast on 11/11/11 and did so over the phone.
Later that week I went to print out my confirmation numbers. The whole pooh breakfast was cancelled.
Does anyone know 1) if I will have any luck getting anything back since instill have confirmation number and
2) if I can't get breakfast can I still use my confirmation number to get into park for 8:30 ( original breakfast time)

If you did it over the phone you may just need to retrieve the change on your online list. Did you try that already? There's an option to retrieve reservations that don't show up.

On our last trip in 2009 we had a problem with our reservation to Crystal Palace also. At that time all reservations were done over the phone. I went down my list and made one w/ the lady each day. About a week before our trip I called Disney to confirm all my reservations - the CM booked my CP dinner at the same time as a meal we had at Epcot. She had put the wrong date in the system. After getting very little help from the CM on the phone, I called back later and found a nicer one who told me to call the Crystal Palace direct and see what could be done. I did and they were able to get me into the restaurant on the day we needed (may not have been at the exact time, but at least I got it). I would call the Crystal Palace direct if calling the line doesn't help.
