I tried all of this.... saved several vacations.... made changes..... ordered a vacation planning CD..... called a month ago and again a few days ago.... still not code....

I have been lurking on this thread for several weeks while planning a Nov trip for Food/wine festival. I finally decided to check out the Swan/Dolphin website to see what they offered. I found some great deals for Oct/Nov. After talking it over with my family, we decided to stay at the Dolphin. The total price plus taxes and resort fee is still less than a 40% off code at Boardwalk or Beach Club would be.

Just an idea for those of you tired of waiting and watching.

I am already booked at AKL for November, but I have always admired the Dolphon and Swan when we have passed them , just wondering do they offer bus transportaion,and EMH like the Disney Resorts?

I've also been lurking We are hoping to go to WDW the week of Veteran's Day Nov. 7-13th. I got the 20/30/40 code that is good thru June, now just hoping that I'll get the same code for the rest of the year!

DH is up for a promotion that would most likely demand that we move, so I can't book anything until we know where we will be come November. Do you think that will put us at a disadvantage if I have to wait until June or July to book? For our December 2008 trip I booked room only in May and we did ok (we wanted DVC because we were travelling with my parents and brother, so a 2 BR was cheaper than three mod. rooms).

We last visited in Sept 09, and are hoping to do the Food and Wine Festival Nov 10-15. Fingers are crossed for a discount code or free dining!

I'm subscribing! We're broke right now but I'm praying that I find a job soon that pays well. If that happens then I hope we can go late Nov into early Dec. Keeping my fingers crossed for being ably to afford the Poly too!

Check out mousesavers.com - they have good info. on this ? I just happened to be on there today, and saw a discount offer for them, so looked into it - we are trying to go in late Nov. Rooms look nice, and I wasn't aware that they do in fact have EMH, free parking at parks, boats to DHS & EC, and it mentioned access to WDW transportation(assuming buses?) - the only thing they don't have is ME service The other thing to note is that the prices don't include parking at hotel, resort fee, and taxes. Oh, and since I was hoping for free dining promo, I realized you probably can't get DP there(not positive).

I'm so Pi**** I decided to go the week after thanksgiving this year instead of May because the wife wanted to see the Christmas stuff.I'm paying a $450.00 a night room (1 bedroom villa at WL.) Same room in May will be $300.00 ***!!!I thought I was going during value season.Almost $1000.00 cheaper if i would have gone in May

It depends on when you go during the Christmas season. Parts of December ARE the value season and should be just as cheap as may. Unless May perhaps has a discount currently running?????

Well I'm going week after Thanksgiving which is considered value season.The price there offering in May is with a promo that 45% off.Lets hope for a similar deal in november

We are arriving the Sunday after Thanksgiving staying at Gf and it is costing us over 5K. That is with free dining and outer club level. I am so hoping for either the free dining to extend again this year or some kind of room discount because it is costing us a small fortune.

I got a previous pin for percents off but it only covered vacations up to August. Bummer...

There are other pins floating out there for percents off that go through Dec but I havent been lucky enough to get one yet.

Come on over to the dark side (a.k.a. All Star Sports)! We are calling this weekend to make our reservations for November 11-19, PIN code or no PIN code. Then we'll keep our fingers crossed for discounts to come out (it may be August before general public discounts are announced).
