November 2009.... It's Here!!!!

Less than 1 month now!!!!! I'm going to start packing today! I can't wait anymore! We've all had the flu now too, so 1 less thing to worry about!

1 Month to the day for me!!! You're lucky you have the flu out of the way. I went last November and first my 6 month old daughter got the flu (It was hell watching doctors poke her to get an IV into her tiny little veins.) and then I got it along with 6 other people in our party of 13. I was laid up for four of our seven day trip. I got the flu shot a few weeks ago so I hope this trip is better.

We were supposed to go visit some farms this weekend ... but the weather is only a high in the 40s (that is cold for our area). I just told DH we are skipping the farms...no need to get sick for Disney!

Today is rainy and 40s ... so we're staying inside. DH thinks I'm being a bit paranoid...

I'm starting more piles -- prob will ship all the baby stuff down -- diapers, wipes, baby food, utensils, etc

Almost done with the toys for the airplanes and ride lines ... will try to hit Target this weekend in their cheap stuff section.

40 days today, and I am so ready to get this show on the road!! DH has been woking 7 days a week for a month and is finally off this weekend, so mabye we will get the suitcases down and start packing up the "only used at disney" stuff. I am 2 outfits from being done sewing for DD for this trip. Just waiting for our packet of stuff form disney and for the days to slowly tick by!

With each trip we have the initial planning/rush/obsession to get the resort with the best deal, (changed this time from free dining to 4/3) wait for park hours, review TGM recommendations, decide on dining and then book dining. You know the drill.....

Then life gets back to as close to normal that it gets for our busy family and we check the boards casually every day. THEN - the excitement starts again - magical express info arrives, luggage tags, start working on our plans for each day, plan some surprises for the kids etc.....

LOVE IT!!!!
