I am going in November 2008!! For our honeymoon...YAY! As far as deals go, I haven't found any yet. I think it's too early, which is bad for someone like me- I like to plan things out in advance. However, I've read on here that you can make a reservation, and then if a discount code comes out later you can apply it. All you have to do is call and let them know. (I'm talking about booking through Disney)

As far as where to stay...I'm having a lot of trouble with this. I like the value that the CSR offers, but I love the look of the rooms at the CR. I don't know if that's enough to justify spending about $1,500 more...I am battling that decision right now. I'm not going to WDW to look at my hotel room, I'm going to have fun at WDW, but I also don't want to regret my hotel decision either.

My Mom and I are going the week after Thanksgiving and staying DVC. Will book SSR next month and then waitlist at 7 months for Villas Wilderness Lodge and keep my fingers crossed.

We're going Thanksgiving week and staying at POP (since we're staying at the POLY for Christmas). Staying at WDW until Turkey Day then driving to North Florida to visit relatives for a few days.

I was at WDW last week. I booked the trip last December, then had the package w/ dining code applied when it came out this fall. I had already paid off the trip-they just credited the discount amount back to my card.

I'm hoping for another Thanksgiving trip next year, but not ready to book yet. I've been playing around with ressies online, and some hotels are already booked. I suggest booking now, do your planning, then make changes later! It really won't be a problem.

i'm going on a land/sea vacation in NOV 2008!! i already booked it. and we're staying at Riverside! I've only been at the value resorts..so i'm excited. I dont think i got a deal or anything...probably too early. But i like to do things a year and half advance.

I know that we'll be going for the last F & W weekend- I just haven't made the reservations yet.
