I'm looking for the Monday after Thanksgiving..

Another Jersey Week Family here, just booked 11-3/11-10 the other day as a surprise trip for my DW and DD, staying at POP where we stayed this past April and several times before. Also waiting to hear of any discount codes.......

We were going that week as well, but airfare was way too high out of Newark (and at last check, JetBlue still hasn't dropped from when we booked - still in the $299 range each way) and JFK. Ended up shifting the dates to 11/6 to 11/13 and got good airfare out of JFK ($89 down / $99 up). Even those prices have gone up - although there are now some $59 fares for 11/6, the return flights are all $139 or more last check.

Anyway, hoping for some codes. We didn't do that bad with the AAA discount for a Courtyard View @ WL, but always looking for better

I bought our airline tix(AirTran) in May, my girls think we are spending the week at our vacation home in Lake County, FL. I decided to pull a fast one on them at stay at POP for the week. Hopefully, they won't know anything about the switch until we get on the Magical Express bus at MCO. Hey, you only go around once, right?

Cool! Hope they are very surprised.

AirTran had some good fares out of Newark when we booked the trip back in May as well, I believe - but I like non-stops when I travel with the kids. The less time on the plane, the better - especially with layovers.

I am surprising my kids too We are spending a week with family so they know that part, I just omitted the Disney for the next week. I am so excited, I really want to tell them, especially when I still hear them talking about our first trip last year and asking if we can ever go back.

I tell them 'Maybe one day, we'll see'.

They're too young to get it right now but I have been asked once or twice 'Mom, why do you love the Disney sight so much'.

Just joining in! We just did a trip in April, but I'm ready to go back! My youngest turns 3 at the end of November, so I'd love to sneak in another trip while he's still free!! Also, older brothers have a school break the 11/2 through 11/6. I think this is before "Jersey Week", right?

In Nov 2005, we got a great package deal, not exactly free dining, but pretty close - hoping for that again

Our school district in NJ is off from 11/6 to 11/9, we are taking our DD out of school for just one day 11/5, seems kind of crazy to me to make the kids go to school on Monday then have the rest of the week off.

Were there same week last year. Stayed at WL and the tree went up the night we arrived. It was so magical and the kids were in awe when we woke up to a wonderfully decorated lodge. Trying to decide if we should stay there again. Think I should save money go back to a moderate as we lover POR and CSR, but there's something so special about WL decorated for Christmas!

Our district is off three of the five days that week, but we are also off on the 12th - so by moving the trip to 11/6 to 11/13 my kids will miss two days - same as if we did 11/3 to 11/10 as originally planned.
