Anybody get through on the phone yet? I've been on hold for 25 minutes... The wait is killing me!

We are visiting the mouse November 2 - 9. I have heard this can be a tough week to get a discount. Please let me know if you are going during the same week and are able to get a discount.

Phoned in before I had the code and charmed the CM into giving me the code.

Any who, for my week, ASMo was out so I was given the option to switch to ASSP or ASMu. I decided to upgrade to CSR and drop my hopper option.

I saved about $90 over my previous package with ASMo.

Do you have any other details? We are AP holders, and we're trying to decide if the discount would be enough to counteract the fact that we'd have to each purchase a 1 day MYW ticket. It would be about $150 for the 2 MYW tickets, so we would have to save at least $30-$35 per day at POP for it to be worthwhile, and even then, we'd only be saving like $30.

I'm so excited I was able to still get CBR and saved 479.28. I had to go from a "preferred" room to a "water view" room. Since I saved that much I added the dining plan.

I don't think it would matter. I have been on hold since they opened, 48 minutes ago! I have never had to wait this long before, and I am beginning to feel a bit silly!

I had been on hold for almost 30 minutes when I dropped the phone and it hung up! I have now been waiting an additional 25 minutes and I have to leave for work!!!! By the time I get to work and wait again I am sure I can kiss any hope of a code goodbye.

The guy was really nice, but we couldnt get anything other than sports and no better then the 5 nights free that I got the other day with my 9yo sons pin code he got in the mail. I just wanted to call and ceck if we could change resorts, not thrilled with staying at the sports. Anyway the price with the general code was the same price as we got with our pin code anyway. 13 nights Perferred nov 30- dec 13 for $1506. that includes base tickets. We could upgrade to CSR for $550. which is really good and would to, but that is almost the same price as adding dining to our package. Now off to see if I can find a drink cup off ebay. So just kidding just wanted to wake you all up out there. It is 5:15 here and I've been up since 4am. Oh my the thought of drinking out of someone elses cup gives me the hebbie jeebies.

I finally got through (after 35 minutes). Unfortunately, since we booked our trip through Small World Travel, they will have to make the changes. But the CM I talked to on the phone said that we will save $300 for our trip.

Now I just have to wait for my travel agent to call me/e-mail me back.

Again waiting patiently.....

I got really lucky today. I called at 7:10 and was only on hold for 13 min. Not sure why so soon maybe AP line or pushed 1 for an exsisting reserveration but anyway I got my AP rate for both of my trips. I was ready to give her the codes ( 3 different ones) from the WDW passholder site for the special rates, she said that she didn't need them that her system was set up to just put in AP rate.
