November 2 on the 4 day Wonder!

I can't wait! After 2 cruises of us going without her, Kayla finally gets to experience Palo, so we are making the most of it.

Lisa - we'll be looking for you at brunch!!

I will be the girl in the Minnie Bride ears...LOL

OK, I succumbed to peer pressure (LOL!) and switched to 10:30 a.m. for our Palo brunch.

See you all there!:cool1:

I'd love to but I think the girls would probably throw me overboard if I went without them!:rotfl:

Just cant convince DH that eating "froo froo" food is a fun idea. :confused3 He cant get his head around paying for food when there is "free stuff" already available.. maybe next time. I will have too work on him for another trip :)

Yeah it will be a DIS boards Brunch!

I will be at brunch too! I could only get the 11AM brunch because I have to put my daughter in the nursery and that was the only available time. It is filling up so make your reservations soon! I tried to book my parents for the 11AM brunch and it was full so they are going at 11:30am.

Sherie, I was peeking at your PJ and I noticed that you are originally from Ontario, where in Ontario?

I was hoping to pick your brains about two things. First the tours. We are only in the parks for 3 days and I am wondering whether or not it is worth taking one of the tours. There are so many other attractions we want to see and I know there is no way that we will get to see everything everyone wants to see anyway but I'm wondering if a tour would just take us away from other things or add to our experience. Second the MNSSHP. Is it worth going to if you have teens? I'm sure it is a delightful experience for small children but is it worth it for and adult and two teens? I would really appreciate any and all input from all you Disney vets out there. Thanks

I grew up in Scarborough and then when I was 13 my parents moved to Kearney (population 600). It is 2 1/2 hours north of Toronto near Huntsville. I went to university in Windsor and now my parents live in Cobourg (1 1/2 hours east of Toronto). Are you from Ontario?

Ok, in myopinion I would not do the tours. I have been like 10 times and still don't want to miss anything to do the tours, they seem wonderful and we plan on doing one NEXT time. LOL But with only 3 days I would ditch that Idea.

Now as for the Party....DO IT! We are doing the Chirstmas Party during the honeymoon. The lines are so short, even if the girls do not want to trick or treat they can still hit all the rides with short waits!

We are going to our third MNSSHP. We really like Halloween and dress up in co-ordinating costumes. I think the parade is excellent and the fireworks are better than Wishes. It is fun to go around collecting candy and there are less people than a normal day so it is quicker to get on rides/attractions. We don't have any teens going with us but I would give it a try!

I personally wouldn't go on a tour if I was only going for three days. There is so much to see and do that I would wait until I had more time to spend.

Yes. I was born in Etobicoke and grew up in Hamilton. I now live in Dundas, which is a small town just west of Hamilton (not as small as Kearney though:laughing: ) so a little over an hour west of Toronto.

GUESS WHAT????? Thursday night I went to sleep and I was up almost every hour. I couldn't sleep at all! Not at all! Why you ask? Well because at 7:00am I needed to call to try to book a Wishes Cruise! Well by 6:15am or so I said forget this and just got up. I had pre called so I knew what numbers to push to get an opperator. I started calling on two separate phones at 6:58am at 6:59am I got the automated system and before 7am I had a live operator. I GOT THE WISHES CRUISE! I am sooo excited. It will be Pete and I, My BFF Nikki, and her husband and Daughter (my flower girl) & My favorite Dis'er Mikkel and her DF. We still have three spots open if anyone is interested in a Wishes Fireworks Cruise on November 6, 2008! The cost will be $29.28 per person for 3 people. Send me a PM if you want to join a great group of people on a fabulous Cruise!

Shelia - we loved doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour. But as everyone has said with 3 days, you may want to make the most of your time in the parks. Just don't miss Fantasmic! Hit the must do list you create and use fast pass to it's fullest.

Wishes cruise sounds great!! Only I have 7 people in our group. Thanks for the offer.

Thanks for the input guys. I think we will skip the tours. We are still debating MNSSHP.
Lisa - Congrats on getting the cruise. Sounds like a lot of fun. Would love to join you instead of being back up here, probably freezing and wishing we were back in WDW.:cold:

Hey Everybody.....I haven't been on the boards for quite awhile. My husband and I will be bringing our 7yr old granddaughter and we are all getting so excited.

Emma is a bit worried that she won't find another little girl about her age to hang out with in the kids club. She's a pretty social kid, but she has never been on a cruise before and she's just a bit nervous.

If anyone has a daughter that's going could you give me just a first name so I can tell her I know for sure a little girl named ***** will be there too.

I know it sounds a little silly, but it would really make her feel better.

Thanks a million everybody!!!!

Dianne

Hi everyone....I was beginning to think we were the only disers on this cruise. We are so excited about our upcoming cruise. DD 8 has no idea and thinks we are doing Disney next year, can't wait to surprise her. I see some of you have made Palo ressies, ours are brunch 10:30 and dinner Nassua 6:00.

GTO-Girl - We will be on the same cruise and our DD 8 will be cruising with us. Her name is Bailee. She will not be in the same club as your granddaughter, maybe giving her a name will help. Good luck!
