Thank you all for agreeing to abide by the confidentiality requirements of this board.

So, I am talking to Mrs. TCD at dinner last night, and she asks if I am still talking to those people on line about the Disney Cruise.

She asks, I wonder if we will see any of them on the ship? I say, yeah probably. She asks, I wonder if we will see any of them in the dining room? I say yeah probably.

I tell her that someone might tag our door. She says, well how are they going to know what cabin we are in? I told her someone has made up a list. She says, well you didn't give them our cabin number, did you? OOOPS.

Mrs. TCD does know about the cruise t-shirts. She likes that. I think she might be a little surprised about all of our new friends, and I know she is going to be surprised at how many of us will be together at dinner. Isn't it a coincidence that so many of us ended up with the same seating and rotation?

Mrs. TCD also came up with the idea of bringing a Sharpee and having everyone sign her Thanksgiving Magic shirt. Ken, I know that this was your idea, but she came up with it on her own.

This is going to be a great cruise!

Remember, there are some things Mrs. TCD does not need to know.

On our 2004 cruise, we did the Romantic Escape at Sea package. After Palo dinner, this romantic turndown was waiting for us in the room...Wanna know what happened next?...........Huh?......Do Ya?.........Well, I don't know, cuz, I had Romantically ESCAPED to the Rockin Bar D with the DIS group. Mrs W took the pic before she turned in for the night. Yeah, I was in the at sea version of the old dog house. It made a pretty picture, though.

Not that I'm on a diet or anything, but....

dh and I were looking at menus posted on another DCL website and I was commenting that I would like to order two entrees at each meal and try a little of both. I asked him if he would do the same so that I don't look like the only pig. Isn't that what dh's are for?

He laughed, ha ha, and said no.

I say - hey! I think its OK to order two entrees and the server will not look at me and make pig sounds. Is this correct?

Or should I try to act like a lady?

Hey, I thought you work for a Chrysler dealership? I drive an Expedition too. My temp gauge was just at 83. The sky is blue. Big white fluffy clouds. I thank the Good Lord every day that I live here in Florida (except when a hurricane is on its way).

Remember, you will be here the day after tomorrow! It looks like the good weather is going to hang around.

Chrysler doesn't build anything large enought to pull our 8000 lb trailer! Yes, I also have a Jeep Liberty and Grand Cherokee.......but I'm in the finance and "used car" end of the buisness......

Just be prepared for the "not much reaction" because she's in shock. That's what happened to me when I surprised my kids with the cruise last time. It killed me because we had the videotape running expecting tears, screams and generally havoc. We got, "well, OK."

I can laugh about it now.

Can't wait to hear of your daughter's response!

OK, I'll forget about packing that nice little black dress that I was proud to have fit into at the store....the one that I told my dh that I'd better not gain any weight at all on the cruise or it won't fit....that one. I'm leaving it at home. Maybe I can wear it for New Year's Eve if I eat only oatmeal from November 26th until then.

Make that diet oatmeal.

In case anyone was wondering, DCL rep just said Costa Maya is definitely from 10:00 to 6:00. I hope we get back in time from our ruins tour to visit the beach!

In regards to DH and jeans, I made the mistake a while back remarking to DH that DCL no longer mentions jeans being not allowed at dinner, just shorts, swimwear and tank tops. He mentioned that flannel shirts are not forbidden (and he has quite the selection of them), but apparently he decided that it was best to quit while ahead, and stay with jeans for 2 nights. It makes for a happier DH, and since he is the one working many hours every day, I will not argue (too much, anyway!).

It is snowing here! And cold! Gosh, it was so warm here just a few days ago.

I hope your daughter is very surprised by the trip, Fletch88. We did this 3 years ago with ours (and I wrote a trip report about it on here, but I figure that is no longer around since it was so long ago). I can still see my girls' faces when I told them, the utter shock they had was fantastic! I can't wait to hear what your daughter's reaction is!

Lampskies, nice to know it is not just Nissan/Subaru dealerships suffering (I work at one of them). Unfortunately, Nissan/Subaru is hardheaded and seems to think their cars and their reputations will sell themselves. I feel badly for the salesmen, management is always coming down hard on them to sell, but if there are no customers, how can they?

With 304 pages of posts it is way too much to read but in skimming through I see some of the same great group that cruised last year, Willie, Doogie, 5Js, Iceman, Lampy, you will all have a blast! I wish we were going again this year; instead I will be cooking Thanksgiving dinner for 28 people. Well at least we are cruising again Oct. 2006!
