Welcome Maria!!! You sure have some catching up to do Us Turkeyday 04 sailors have been conversing for over a year now!!! There have been some celebrities that show up on these sailings
Doogie, when I take the tec controll off all that happens is smoke and rev limiter..........hehehehe I had it out yeaterday it was in the 50's but here come the north winds.....look like some pretty nast weather is heading this way from the plains....
John, they are talking rain and snow Wednesday so the "run" to Ft. Wayne won't be as fun in the Jeep as it would be in the vette.....
Willie, I'm picturing you in a cabin with a bunch of guys reminising of High schhol glory and "Al Bundy" keep popping in my mind

The guy we bought our new house from died last Wednesday (they moved to Manaqua Wisconsin) and they can out this weekend and spread some of his ashes off of our pier with there whole family.....I had the flag flying at 1/2 mast and the kids were really appreciative

After all the "Easter" sailors are still pretty quiet......By the way Willie, the "tutu" talk is still circulating the subdivision. We went to the local bar for a benefit for cancer and listen to a band and I wasn't in the 5 mins. when I was told at least 10 times...."hey I saw your picture in the paper".

I wonder why we only have about 20 DIS people posting here? Where are the other thousand folks?
We must be monopolizing all of the space here, Lampy! Sorry everyone.

I think it will be like last year, and we will have a rush of DIS folks jumping aboard in the last weeks and months. Thats OK.
I will tell anyone that is lurking this site, feel free to post at any time! Most of these guys are really pretty tame....really.

This is Disneyfan37's DH. Her a.k.a. is Maria!!!! Can't wait to celebrate a holiday on board. We loved our eastern cruise we did back in Dec 04. I seriously doubt we will do anything other than a 7-night ever again. And that's after experiencing nearly 25ft waves a couple times. You'll hear from me from time to time. But you'll see my DW most of the time.

Clarify yourself Willie, Doogie is NOT Tame or is Tame. There's no way I can consume as much beer as any of you !!! Don't let this board scare you off folks... none of these people are out of control... (as Willie says, except maybe Lampy, but he's a teddy bear).

Spent the day at home, on my back sick, it's the pits... just signed into work to check some emails and thought I'd see what you folks are up to.

Willie, we're going to need to talk soccer and fishin'. We go up to Northern Wisconsin most years... God's country. Have gone to the same lake since I was born. Often my brothers fly in and join us.

You "Turkey Hawks" are OK!!!! . Us "Easter Bunnies" are here just reading all the mail, so to speak and enjoying the banter.

Does anybody have that URL for the Turkey 05 cruise web site. I went back about 15 pages and still couldn't find it??? .

Right now I'm on the count down for our trip to the parks for the end of April. Our schools have spring resses then.

We actually have today. But more tomorrow. But it sure better than .

Anyway, Maria and Charlie, hope you received the cruise spread sheet ok. As you can see, we have a bunch of Dis'ers going. SOme more active in the thread than others.

I would surely like to see the website myself.I found some webpage address,but it gave me an error.

I hope you and family have a great time at the parks in April.The last time I was at the parks was for soap weekend in November.I don't think I will go be going this year as I am going somewhere else CRUISING!YES!

LAMPSKIES-Charlie and I cruised on Disney Magic the week of December 11-18,2004.The seas out weren't as bad as coming back.Hopefully,in November it will be good all around.There was a lot of seasick people on this cruise.I am hoping the hurricane season isn't as bad this year.

Maria, we sailed the Eastern sailing before you in 04 and IT WAS really rough.....but, our other 3 sailings were calm. Just a little windy on some "sea nights". We played "drunkin' ping pong" at about 2 in the morning and it was REALLY windy.

You were up on the stage with a wig, doing air guitar. Does that sound tame to anybody? (Lampy, you don't count!)LOL, I was just jealous that I was not with you!

Tell Linc that the time he spends fishing does not count against his total lifetime. A very old Indian told me that. So fish ALOT!

I am glad you ended up with the Turkey tag. Laura will be glad to know what she started will certainly continue a year later. But, you know, she said that whoever ended up with it had to buy the first round at Diversions! Put me down for....................a big boy Miller Lite!
FYI- Laura, (MOMSGOOFY) started a "Turkey Tag" game on the last cruise. I opened my cabin door one day to find a magnetic "Turkey" that said "YOU'RE IT! You have been tagged by the Turkey Day Tag Fairy" I had to pass it on to some one elses door, then they did same, etc. It went all over the DIS members doors, til Lampy ended up with it. Now he buys! Sounds good to me! :thewave:
