OK... I jinxed my EAGLES

Sherri - so sorry, but one gal's sorrow is another's JOY ! Yea - I won the football pool :goodvibes The guys at work just hate it when I win - I think it has something to do with their "manly ego" :rotfl:

Kris - I would like the listing of names - no problem with posting for me.

Question of the Day (for me at least) what number of sun block do you use? Was reading a post where someone "got fried" I am not looking to get "toasted or fried" (too old for toasted :teeth: and too uncomfortable for fried!) Just wondering .........

Andrew - thanks for the info that Barb had posted current Navigators.

I thought you cancelled your cruise? Guess, what, you are in the middle of the ship, and my cabins are just below yours on the first deck, with the rest of the slubs. Our portholes are under water.

Andrew-Back in June 2002, we stayed on the first deck and it really isn't bad at all...as long as you have the two portholes. We could still see above water..it never went below. Believe it or not, I slept very well with the boat humming...

At least you can see your porthole. They hid ours behind a mirror. :rotfl2:

Sherri- I can't believe it. I watched the game up until the early 4th quarter. Your Eagles looked great; it looked like the 'boys were done. What is it with all of this last minute stuff lately? It worked out good for my team on Sunday, but why can't these teams just lay down and die so us fans don't have to live with all the drama? J/K - you gotta love football.

Ken, could you please edit to add our room number?

Mickeyhugger family - 2056

Robert and I had each thought the other had provided the room for the spreadsheet info.

Hey, Mickeyhugger-we are neighbors...we are in cabins 2052 & 2054!!!

Doogie- Your web page looks awesome. Thanks for doing it. There are still some faces missing though. Maybe you anonymous people know something the rest of us don't? :confused3

This time next week we will be anchored on a smooth sparkling Caribbean sea, off the coast of Grand Cayman watching a beautiful sunrise.

Hi everyone,

I have just sent out the last update to our spread sheet. Tuck it away and use it as a reference on the ship.

Ken

Quit begging!

I made a list of everyone's screen name along with their real names (no last names mentioned) and their hometown.

Does anyone have any objection to posting it? Shall I just email it to those who request, perhaps?

This will make a very handy cheat sheet.

Love,
Kris
:dog2:

I have no objection to posting it.Go ahead!

Kris-we have no problem posting our info...I'll PM you the info.

Thanks for doing this...it's just too many of us group to try and remember who's who.

We're 3 doors down (or is it up if we are forward of them?) from Allreadyexcitedgrammy and OhMom. I think that puts us underneath the kitchen. I plan on just thumping on the ceiling when I want room service. :rotfl:

Go ahead and post the list, or you could email it to KennyK and he can email it to the group - he can just send it to the spreadsheet list.

What's the possibility of having a contest - you have to go to the DISers cabins and get them to sign the spreadsheet. The person with the least signatures gets Lampskies' bar bill. :earseek:

A kind of variation of "tag," but you have to actually meet the people. I know that sounds difficult for this reclusive group. :snooty:

Speaking of games, who is the games director?

Here is a turkey recipe that I am going to try before I leave for my dear parents and brother who are telling me Thanksgiving won't be the same without me cooking!

For all you chefs out there!!

Here is a turkey recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing -imagine that. When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like me, who just are not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out. Give this a try.

10-12 lb. Turkey
1 cup melted butter
1 bag stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good.)
1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT) Salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush turkey well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Listen for the popping
sounds. When the turkey's *** blows the oven door open and the bird flies across the room, it's done.

And you thought I couldn't cook...

Kris - No problem with your posting, but if everyone looks at the spreadsheet names, ages, room numbers, towns and dinner seatings are on there. Now if some one would like to go back through the posts and add the Anniversaries and Birthdays... :cool1:

I'm ok with name tags. I'll probably still get the wrong name.
Oh It's soooo close - I can't wait. We actually leave on Thursday morn

Everyone practice you Pirate Growl aaaahhhrrrrggggg. pirate:

Mary

Paul,

That contest sounds great but instead of the spread sheet, we should sign each others DIS tee-shirt or something of the kind for the ones that didn't get a chance to get one. Now that would be a keeper and a conversation piece besides. I'm packing a "sharpie" for the purpose.

Ken

And as far as missing or incorrect info. Don't shoot the messenger. :confused3

If you see something wrong, just post the correction here as the updates are closed.

I still have to finish packing, finding everything I want to bring ???? :confused3 And I have to work today and Wednesday and Wednesday night at the Disney Store. I get to start my Disney celebtation early

Have a magical day :wizard: everyone.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: oh that's funny, Maria...or have you actually done this?! I like the idea of listening to the popping sound...it makes sense.

I wish we could meet you all at BC, but again, will not be in till late!!!ugh!!
